Good supplement. Was shipped in a very large envelope. The cap on the bottle was shattered. The foil inner safely seal held up. fortunately I can use the cap from the bottle I just finished. I gave 4 stars do to the packaging and the bottle cap.

Easy to digest
Easy to swallow even though large pills. I have a magnesium deficiency and at least these do not upset my stomach. I take one in the a.m. and one in the p.m.

Cured charlie-horse cramps
Years ago, I was plagued by charlie-horse like cramps in my feet. Really annoying! It was suggested that I supplement my Magnesium levels, and this seems to have done the trick. Amazon has the best price around on it as well.
