I take at night. I add a little honey to taste. Itâs gentle and worked in about 9 hours. No cramping. Iâd drink plenty of additional water to help smoothen things :). Otherwise, highly recommend!

So after doing lots of scrolling through different listings on here I came across this one and decided to order I want something thatâs going to clean me out and this tea does that!FOR ME it does NOT take effect right away it happens hours later like 5+ so keep that in mind when you plan on taking this tea you DONT want to be at work or out and about thatâs fersure LOL! I go ð© anywhere from 3-8xs you do slightly start to cramp when you feel itâs time to go but itâs not too bad compared to other teas.The taste isnât bad but I always add lemonIt says to drink at night but I didnât wa t to take any chances in it disrupting my sleep so I try to take it in the am on an empty stomach or after breakfast. All in all I like this tea it does what it needs to do just wish it wasnât $20 seems super high for some tea ð©*edit to add * I do notice I get slight heartburn like burp it up for a bit after drinking it does go away and I get slight headaches but Iâm not sure if itâs the tea or just needing more water

I always struggle with going to the loo. So in turkey slim tea is very popular. And omg brilliant and no bloating and flat tummy. After flying is my worst I bloated badly and just donât go for days.So I obviously looked for some here and these r great I always have 2 tea bags and leave them in my cup for a good 5 mins then I add 2 sugars ( obviously your choice) then I drink it with tea bags still in . I have it about 5-6 pm by morning I go loo and such a relief. If itâs a bad blockage then take two more the next evening it will clear u out. Just brilliant and natural laxative

I like the flavour, this is now my 3rd box, it is a little pricey but it works for me, I take mine after my evening meal which helps to beat hunger pangs, and stop me feasting on chocolate,and as soon as I get up the next morning, straight to the bathroom prior to having breakfast. Iâm glad I tried it.
