A worthy endeavor to try
I’ve recently started a weight loss and wellness journey. I wanted to enhance my program with a weight loss supplement. I’ve tried several supplements and weight loss products in the past with little success. This has been a long time issue for me. After doing my usual research, I came across Skinny Gal Thermogenic. I was looking for increased energy, appetite suppression and as few side effects as possible. Skinny Gal seemed to check all the boxes. The first thing I noticed was the ingredients which were simple, compared to other weight loss products.It arrived quickly. It’s only been a few days, but I already feel more energetic and feel optimistic about the product. I do note that I’m not as hungry as usual. I realize it is early, but the initial results have been positive. The fact that I’m not getting the cravings I usually do is a plus. I was starting to eat healthier before I started with Skinny Gal, but I believe it has made things more manageable.

Finally seeing results
I’ve had the product for a month now and getting ready to order another bottle. I do believe this has gotten me past my weight loss plateau. I’m seeing a difference in my body due to the reduced sugar cravings and mild appetite reduction. I really appreciate that about these supplements. I also noticed I have more stamina for my workouts overall and better energy throughout the day. I don’t feel like it makes me wired. I feel like it is natural energy, like I’ve had plenty of rest and my body is getting nutrients it needs. I was skeptical of the reviews. Some of them were odd in that they just talked about the packaging and how cute it was or how quickly it arrived. That doesn’t tell me anything about the product itself. Also, some of them sounded a little bit more like advertisements. I will say, I believe this is part of a good game plan. I’m exercising more and I think this is helping me with the energy to be able to do that. I am eating better and I do believe it’s in part because of the reduced sugar cravings, and overall appetite reduction. I still have an appetite, but it’s not ravenous or desperate feeling like I was having at times. I feel like this is helping me eat in a healthier way and a sustainably better way that has helped me see results I have wanted. I’m fitting into clothes I haven’t fit into in such a long time. I’m so glad I didn’t get rid of all my skinny clothes! I’m needing them now! I am also taking apple cider vinegar pills. I have a lot of digestive issues and these have helped. This particular vitamin supplement does not negatively impact my digestive problems. I was worried about that, but I tolerate these really well. Overall, I think this has been extremely helpful for me and I have been doing the happy dance in the morning when I look in the mirror. It’s about time! I thought looking slender and toned from working out was over. But it’s not! I was feeling like giving up from all the effort. I wasn’t getting results and felt tired all the time. We’re talking years of this. Thank you for this supplement. I feel like myself again. And I’m not paid for this review. This is just a normal person who needed help and feels like she finally got it.
