Good Recipes
A lot of recipes I will make, they sound delicious. I have made #54 The Grilled Chicken Skewers. They were very good. And #72 The Stuffed Bell Peppers so yummy. The directions are easy to follow, with the nutritional value per serving with each recipe.The cookbook also comes with a 30-day meal plan to follow. It’s an interesting book with useful information. The selection of recipes is great, there is something for everyone here. #35 Tomato Basil Soup, my kids love this, you are never too young to start eating healthy.I recommend this cookbook, every recipe I have made from this book has been great.

There are NO pictures with the recipes. The first 30 pages were allocated to explaining zero point foods. That wasnât necessary. I will look over the recipes to see if it is worth keeping.
