Day 5. Wow. I haven’t felt this well in some time…
I actually slept for more than 3 hours without waking, and awoke with NO anxiety😳 I actually looked for it, and it wasn’t there. While listening to today’s session, I noticed how cleaGr and crisp and precise my mind is feeling and perceiving. It’s tricky to explain…like having poor reception on the tv because you’ve had to use rabbit ears, and then getting cable. It’s that amazing! I feel empowered, and I’ve been doing and looking at and listening to things that I always “meant” to do but never got around to. I’m painfully aware right now that I’ve felt frozen and stuck since my late 20s, I turn 60 this year😔 But it’s ok, because I see a light. Thank you so much for all of this, and for allowing me to see and understand that there’s a way for me.❤️
Day 1: Thank you for this challenge…
I already shared it with 6 close friends. From the second it started I knew the rain was going to wash away all of my worries and stress. I felt like I was outside under a canopy during a nice rain storm, playing the singing bowls. Once I began to have this thought, a slight smile came over my face. Next, my boyfriend (who was listening from his phone and headphones) reached over and grabbed my hand. That alone was inspiring enough to want more Holosync. Finally, it was over and once we came back to our bodies and opened our eyes, couldn’t believe the 14 minutes was up already. Day 1 definitely took me to a different reality, a peaceful one at that. Truly grateful 🙏❤👌
I started this as a partial skeptic…
I started this as a partial skeptic. However, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. After reaching a place of calm, memories began to surface of past issues that I hadn’t dealt with. …I was even more calm.
I’m normally very calm and collected, while listening to Holosync and afterward, I was even more calm. I continued to stay in my recliner until my headphones turned off, and then stayed silent and continued to enjoy the calm and tranquil feeling. And using the Moody Blues line, this day will last a thousand years. I look forward to our next session.
After Day 4 I feel more connected to myself and my family members…
I feel happy, very relaxed and nothing upsets me. I’m easily able to go with the flow of life instead of feeling overwhelmed or angry so this program is really working well for me. I have tried meditating but never really found that sweet spot but here l was completely immersed with energy traveling through my whole body and tingling in the hands and feet! Did not want to move when it was over! Totally relaxing 🙏🙏🙏🌈
