After adding this to my regimen, coupled with a consistent diet and workout plan you are guaranteed results. I found this product worked best for me taking it early in the morning and right before my workout for that extra boost of fat-burning ability. It didn’t hurt my stomach or push me over the top like some products where it feels like your heart is about to jump out your chest. I have had great mental focus and clarity after taking this early in the day, during and after my workout is complete! After using the product for just over a month I could definitely tell a difference in energy once I cycled off. This is a great product it helped me get over the proverbial mid-workout hump, enabling me to finish strong. This is a solid product for those needing an extra boost without caffeine! This stuff is SOOO much better than Yohimbine HCL for multiple reasons and I have tried both yohimbe bark and yohimbine by itself in multiple brands. HCL gives me heart palpitations that almost make me feel like I have an arrhythmia. HCL makes me feel like I am sick giving me chills and a runny nose. It increase erection quality but increases “PE” makeing the joke true about lasting only 30 seconds or less. Alpha yohimbine on the other hand makes my heart feel normal. No chills. I am a normal healthy person without any conditions but I feel like I am on my deathbed with HCL. Alpha increases erection quality and actually helps me last longer which even viagra cannot do that. The energy is nice but not overwhelming and even when adding caffeine (100-200mg) my heart still feels really good without palpitations. This stuff is AWSOME.

I work for a pharmaceutical-grade supplement company so I know the ins and outs of the supplement world. I thought I would give this a try since I’ve heard good things. I am in the normal BMI range however, wanted to see if this product would give me a slight boost in fat burning along with my exercise regime. I would absolutely NOT take this on an empty stomach as this gave me jitters, and increase BP and HR… please note that I am an avid black coffee drinker so I am by no means caffeine sensitive. I have not noticed any kind of energy (more like anxiety). I know reactions can be idiosyncratic and vary… however, I have never had a reaction to a supplement like this before. I actually stopped taking it. It may work for some… but please please please check with your HCP or naturopth before taking this…. (or any supplement for that matter).

This is my first online review and This product is great . Took 1 pill about 30 minutes later I was feeling great so much energy . I was feeling focused . About a week later I started with 2 dosages still effective . It gives you clean energy no jitters I was very pleased about that . I wouldn’t take it a few hours before bed cause you will stay up . Before taking alpha yohimbine it was difficult for me to get energy I was lacking that for awhile so I searched all over Amazon for something that would fit my needs and without jitters and hard crashes . You definitely get your money’s worth for this product I was vary surprised I like how I didn’t crash at all . I definitely give this product 5 stars . If you are feeling down or lack of energy I feel this helps you get a extra push. I definitely recommend to give it a shot .

It worked for me!
This product was surprisingly good. I have tried several fat burners over the years and this had a profoundly shocking effect on my energy level, focus, and I actually lost a little weight. I would probably have seen even better results if I were to take it as prescribed (twice a day). I was able to take one capsule each day and was still thoroughly impressed!

Effective but has side effects
I’ve been on this supplement for about a week now and I have to say that it does work. Because of telework and shutdown of gyms, I lost muscle mass and gained fat mass. One week in and I feel my abs are starting to show again.
