Effects Are Pretty Immediate – Definitely Suppresses Appetite
What I Like About It:- It is made with natural ingredients, including green coffee bean which is supposedly a conduit for weight loss.- You are only supposed to take 1-2 capsules/day, which makes the 60 tablets last 1-2 months.- It suppresses appetite.- It is a seemingly promising option for weight loss that is affordable and doesn’t require JABBING yourself with a needle or spending hundreds of dollars.What Could Be Improved:- I’ve only been taking this for three days, so nothing at this point.How I Use it:- I am following the instructions exactly which say to:* Take 1 capsule in the morning, but do not exceed 2 capsules within a 24 hour period.* Do not take after 4pm.* Use for no longer than 8 weeks straight, followed by an off period of at least two weeks before resuming use.First Impression:- Fresh, well packaged. Came in a sealed bottle. Product appears as described.Overall Thoughs:- Upon starting to take this three days ago, I noticed the effects immediately, most notably a marked decrease in appetite. Has not at all upset my stomach. Has not affected my ability to sleep through the night. I am not having the desire to snack. It does make my mouth a little bit dry, which I don’t mind considering it is prompting me to drink more water which I’m not doing enough regularly anyway. There is a weird feeling physically in my stomach that just feels different, but I can’t describe it in words. It’s nothing horrible or painful, just kind of reminds me of when I have been under the weather in the past as if I was coming down with something and thus would not be interested in food.

Doesnt work at all
When I purchased this it was $39.99 next day it went to $35, now its $29. I saw over 400 reviews at 5 Star. I agree with the other review.. where did the review really come from? IT DOES NOT WORK! I appetite suppressant whatsoever. I was hungry. It doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your money!

Fullness suppressant?!?!?
This made me HUNGRY. I have read that sometimes this can happen with appetite suppressants. However, not only did I not feel any difference but I wanted to munch all day and felt no fullness. I only took it for 3 days. NOT worth it to me. Plus, can’t even return it.

It helped me loose about a pound a day due to me not wanting to eat as much! There were no side effects and was such great value for money!

At first I was taking it intermittently without much success (forgetful/busy)so no changes, but after taking it for about a week solid I’m noticing a significant decrease in my appetite to the point where I’m only eating because I feel like I should. My weight has only gone down 2-3 pounds but I’ve been inactive and have only recently changed my eating habits so I’m feeling hopeful! I haven’t really noticed anything energy level wise but mainly got it to curb my appetite.Side note: I have hypothyroidism

Well, I sure had high hopes for these , but they do absolutely nothing for me. No appetite suppression at all, and I followed it as I should have. I don’t know where all the great reviews came from, I guess they are all very lucky. I actually felt more hungry!!! lol Hmmmm Not a good thing!

Great Supplement!
I’ve been using this for 5 days now. This morning I can honestly say I woke up to a noticeably flatter tummy which was the reason I initially purchased this. I do exercise 4 days a week incorporating walking and resistance training but nothing was moving the belly fat post menopausal. Since I cannot qualify for ozempic due to my bmi, I thought this might help. Fingers crossed this will continue to work. I am not a late night snacker so I cannot attest to any real changes in my appetite but there is zero jitters with this product and a mild boost to my energy. Will continue to use !
