I really think that the reason this works for appetite suppression is because it helps to stabilize the blood sugar. I think my sugar was high before taking this because I had some hormonal changes and began on Bioidentical Hormone Therapy. After the hormones were getting in my system, my weight started creeping up. I was hungry all the time, until I started these pills. Now the ACV Capsules I take 3 x’s a day, are keeping my hunger at bay BIG time and I hardly even feel the compulsion to eat! I started shedding weight and I have only been taking them for 2 days. I am really grateful for this because drinking ACV is really tough for me to get down. This makes it really easy. Also I notice a funny taste in my mouth with these, but ACV is really great for detoxing, so I am sure some of that is a detox effect, but I do plan to keep taking these. They are helping me a lot.

Powerful…YES!
I bought this for several reasons.. Mainly being to help lose some water weight, help some stomach problems, shedding a little weight even if it could! I’m 5’4 and about 135lbs, and after taking it for just a couple days, each day I took it, within 2-6 hours depending on the day, I’d have HORRIBLE stomach pain! Curled up in a ball pain. Finally after almost a week, I stopped taking it and the pain went away… So it just wasnt right for me. However, my boyfriend started taking it at the same time, and was just diagnosed with ulcers and acid reflux, and from day one, its helped his stomach pain level go down A TON!!! You’d think it’d hurt with the ulcers, but now if he doesn’t take it, he’s miserable all day. After several weeks, it’s a pill he takes every morning before work, on an empty stomach, and has zero issues! It’s a great pill overall for numerous reasons! I wish agreed with me, but really does help people!!

Great pill but very BAD headaches!
The first two weeks were great, I loved the results I was feeling skinnier flatter tummy but I was also eating very healthy and avoiding fatty foods/carbs. After the 3rd week I started getting ready bad headaches every time I took the pill. I had to take Excedrin, lay down, avoid any type of sun light and shower. It was horrible, I couldn’t do anything, I couldn’t wash clothes cook dinner do homework. My head hurt so bad my eyes and the front of my brain was unbearable. I stopped taking these pills but I couldn’t take the pain anymore. I think the pill works but it’s different for everybody. I wish I could’ve kept taking this bc now I have to take the liquid form and it’s nasty!

Apple Cider Vinegar helps in many ways
My story is very rewarding I have to admit. I have been a type 2 diabetic since 2016. I wasn’t controlled and I tried to eat right and not take any insulin. Well, For 2 years I went on like this and on January 17th 2018 I landed in the hospital 2 days before my 51st birthday. I was devasted, scared and I really thought I was going to die. I ended up staying in the hospital for 1 week until my sugar was controlled because when I went in I was reading at 400 on the blood check. I was having heart palpatations , and such nervousness and uncertainty of how I was going to fix my life. I was weighing at 366lbs and I felt crappy. Well to make a long story shorter, I got better with insulin in the hospital and was sent home with metformin and some insulin pens. I wasn’t a happy camper because I like to do things on a natural level. So, my son went to searching products to lower my sugar and get me back to health. My son is 15 years old and very strict on my health now that the hospital episode happened and he didn’t want me to die from this diabetes scare. So, he found Ceylon Cinnamon. We ordered it at Amazon right away and I received it in 2 days from Prime. I took it the same day and saw results right away. My numbers started lowering and I started feeling so much better. I take Apple Cider Vinegar as well and it has been a world of difference in my sugar cravings and i’ve lost weight. I now weigh 299 and i’m trying to get to 250 for my goal weight. Everyone notices my energy level and I’m looking and feeling awesome. My doctor says she really has seen a big difference in my overall health and my AC1 was at 13 when I landed in the hospital and today i’m at 8 and i’m trying for 6 to reach my goal. It’s been a great opportunity to have a second chance in life and to be able to walk and exercise again. I have a YMCA membership. My son and I go and enjoy swimming and the gym room. Be careful with the heat from these pills.
There are ton of great reviews for this product, and I really wanted to be one of them. But I was reminded very quickly that not all supplements are for all people. I took these pills for two days. After the first day I felt a slight burning in my chest, and after the second day I felt a constant burning sensation in my chest and stomach. I stopped taking the pills immediately, but the symptoms have lingered. It has been 10 days since I took the first pill and I am just starting to get back to normal, with an occasional lingering pinch in my stomach. I was so close to going to the doctor because I thought this product burned my throat and stomach. I am sure I just had a bad reaction, but people need to know that it is possible, very scary, and does not go away quickly. If you have any pre-existing conditions with your stomach or gallbladder, I would not take these pills (not a medical doctor here). I have had some indigestion issues in the past and this product is not a good mix.

I recently bought the stress response pills from Havasu that have been working great for me. I love that Havasu’s products are all natural. I’ve heard great things about ACV; however, I cannot stand the smell or thought of even trying to drink it. ACV is known for helping with digestion, acid reflux, detox, water weight, and helping with overall energy… all things that I personally struggle with. I decided to buy these pills because I had no idea ACV could come in pill form! The pills contain 500 mg of ACV powder.
