Morning pain is no more.
I decided to take a chance and purchase as part of my exercise routine. Since I’ve never used one, I didn’t know what to expect. For the past year or so, I’ve waking up each morning with shoulder pain and stiffness in both shoulders. Literally, after two days I have no more shoulder pain or stiffness when I wake up each morning. Your body feels great after a session and it will continue to be apart of my routing. Makes my legs feel strengthened. Easy to use and fun.
