Promising results so far
Item was delivered as promised, noticed big difference on Day One. Appetite has decreased dramatically, and sugar cravings are GONE. Belly is flatter after just one week, and digestion has improved. Can’t say I have more energy, as other reviewers have, but I have an unrelated illness so I’m looking forward to feeling better once I.. feel better. I will buy again.

Be careful!! Causes diarrhea
Holy cow!! I waited to order these because of the price but the hype was intriguing. I started taking them and the diarrhea was almost instant. When I say instant, I would be in the bathroom with diarrhea with in a couple hours of taking. TMI (sometimes parts of the pills would come through not completely dissolved). I was for the most part regular before I took these. I was looking at good gut health because of my age, mid 40’s, and recent weight gain. I did not have diarrhea before I started taking them but sometimes depending on where I am in my cycle it can cause constipation or diarrhea. I tried to stay on it for a couple of weeks just to try to get it in my system. I was so glad when I stopped them and the diarrhea stopped. I was to the point that I was afraid to leave the house and thought something was seriously wrong. I do not recommend you take these unless you are suffering from constipation or they are recommended by a physician. Holy crap (literally ) if did not know 2 little pills could be so awful to your body. Be careful people!!!!

Surprising results so far
I am pleasantly surprised so far. I only purchased one bottle as I am generally skeptical of products like this. Day one i genuinely had reduced sugar cravings. I was shocked and figured it must coincidental however I am a week in and I still feel as if my sugar cravings are less. I am eating healthier. I hope the results continue. I’ll report back in another week. So far so good. Only disappointment was that the cap came broken so I cannot close the bottle. I would normally take the bottle with me just in case I forget to take it one day but that’s not possible now.

It surpassed my expectations
I started my weight loss journey in March of this year. I added protein to my diet, walk 10k steps daily and take 2 capsule of Bioma every morning. I am down 26lbs and do not restrict my food choices. These capsules have decreased my sugar cravings and reduced my belly bloat significantly.I highly recommend this being part of your daily routine for weight loss support.

Not much happened
The first week or so, I had really bad headaches and these supplements were the newest addition so it couldn’t have been anything else. It worked on my bloated for the first week as well but now that I’ve been taking it for 2 months, I’d say it’s not that effective. I haven’t noticed as substantial bloating but I definitely still bloat. Maybe it’s worth your money? I’d say probably not though as my energy didn’t go up, it’s hard to tell if it even did anything and it is definitely a big pill that’s not that easy to swallow.

I can feel the difference in my gut.
It caused flatulence and gas at first which I expected when taking new probiotics but it did help me cleanse out after a dew days so i look and feel lighter
