The 20lbs-80lbs models max weight capacity is the weight purchased. The 100lbs-140lbs max weight would be 140lbs. Empty pockets can be filled by purchasing weights later on to fill the weight vest if needed. The Cross101 Adjustable Camouflage Weighted Vest is a great way to add resistance to your workout. this is the cheapest weight vest i could find for “rucking” and i love it. fits well i’m 6’1″ and barrel chested. prolly 46 chest in jackets. fully loaded it’s really heavy, but you can easily take a few of the sand bars out. i like the camo look and it has a nice pocket for my phone.

It’s a solid vest. The holder for the water bottle is a little flimsy, but it has done the job holding while running. The sand weights are wrapped in a thin fabric, so initial quality could be questioned. Everything has been holding up well, and yes you can run in it. You can do the Murph in it, but I haven’t. I did not get it with shoulder pads, which I will assume will be needed once you strap on north of 20lbs. The shipping is…lazy, but understandable. They shoved a 40lb vest into a large priority mail box. I see why they had too, but it wasn’t pretty.Weights are in odd increments as well, but whatever.

so with all the competitors out there i think this is the best bang for your buck. You are not going to have to shell out tons of money to get a nice weight vest with good weight i purchased the 40 lbs. one and i love it. The only cons are the weights are long weight bags so your kind of limited when decreasing weight. The other con is i cannot find extra weights for this product i want to be able to add weight but with the weights that kind of impossible, so if you want to go up and down in weight get one close to you goal weight and work you way up to it. I definitely would recommend this product.

Simply loved it !Was expecting weight to be solid iron or something but they are sand bags but having said that they are good and fits perfrct in the pockets given and fact that you can adjust the Wight as per your need is amazingOverall really satisfied

I am very happy with this vest. I was skeptical because it was the least expensive one I’ve seen. I bought the 40 lbs. vest and have used it for push-ups, chin-ups, dips, stair climbs and even a couple of 5 km runs and I really like it. It looks well made and I think it will last me a long time. I highly recommend this. Its taken my workout to the next level.

I need to exercise again and this would help with building my body up slowly as I wear it for 2 to 3 hours while doing chores. Easy to adjust the weight as my knees will be destroyed if I used it at max weight (40lbs) right away. I keep it at 16lbs for now. You can run with it but be careful as I didn’t get the extra shoulder pads it may be very sore with all the weight on. I would recommend this to others.
