Fiber one bars
These cinnamon coffee cake type bars have two points each per Weight Watchers. They are delicious , so glad to see I can get them on Amazon.

I LOVE these bars. For someone on a weight loss journey these have been a great addition to my meals. I mostly use them to add texture and flavor to yogurt and fruit bowls, but they are great on their own. And of course fiber is super important so an easy and delicious way to increase your intake of that!

My favorite low cal snack!!
I love these! They’re small ish and good to take on the go, but I eat them on their own. It tastes just like a cinnamon coffee cake you would get from other stores. The consistency is that of a little brownie, although I will say they aren’t always sturdy and can sometimes fall apart easily. Great value for the price since it’s a mega pack!

The bars were tasty, but unfortunately they were squashed into an Amazon envelope instead of being placed in a box. The box they came in was flat in the envelope and broken. The bars are also broken. Will not order again if that is the way they are packaged.

So the “expiration date” is January 2025 but these taste awful. I’ve bought regular-sized packages in store before and they tasted nothing like this. To add insult to injury, these are “not returnable” !!
