Great to help me sleep and stop my food cravings as well
I had tried them before and plus I had only bought them to help go to sleep at night because I work through Monday-Wednesdays also I had take my little brother to his bus stop daily especially on my days off as well have a habit of eating at night as well and I had trouble sleeping I mostly just stared at the tv or watch YouTube to help me sleep as well but I always seem tired even when I go to work and they worked when I take them and only use them when on days when I have work and couldn’t sleep but they help with that and cravings too sometimes I have to go the bathroom when taking them but I had lost some pounds when I had weighed myself sometimes in the morning

Amazing supplement
I love this supplement. I just ordered two more bottles. My whole life I’ve had a habit of waking up around midnight and binge eating food. Id wake up exhausted and bloated, stomach hurting and feeling down that once again I failed. This supplement keeps me asleep all night and I wake up feeling really good even if it was a late night and I didn’t get to sleep as long as usual.

Extremely Drowsy
I unfortunately had to stop taking this. Since day one it made me drowsy all day. I thought maybe taking it two hous before bed would help for the next day but it didn’t make a difference. I gave it a solid try. And I have to call it quits so I can have energy again.

Effective but a bit hard to swallow
I like them ..my only thing is that they are super hard to swallow!I am a good swallower of bigger pills because I am used to it but they seem big and harder on the throat to swallow which I never had that issue before with any pill or supplement

Not sure if it helps you lose weight per say but it helped me fall asleep much less stressfully then I would normally. I do have to take it sometimes 2 hours before bed and I drink alot of water I suffer with anxiety alot so it takes quite alot to put my body down but these work like a charm and I don’t eat in the morning as much as I used to. That’s about it I’d say when you pair it with exercise daily you’re gonna see results and if you don’t I think it’ll help maintain a weight but it’s no magic fix you gotta get up and do stuff for yourself and use this as a helper along those things but don’t use it as a replacement for healthy eating and exercise. Use it along those things and you’ll see some good stuff

crazy dreams
Update: had to knock this down to one star because I have to stop taking this. First, my dreams are still so absurd and vivid that I’m waking up from the anxiety of whatever strange thing I’m dreaming about. Second, I’m not losing any weight but I’m having absolutely room clearing gas. If I try to stop it, I get ridiculous belly pains. I stopping taking the pills for the weekend and the dreams and gas stopped. Just started them up again and everything came back. I could deal with the dreams but even I’m beginning to get grossed out by my own farts.I’ve been taking this for about a week. The pills are kind of big but they taste alright (kind of like raspberry ketones). I haven’t noticed any difference in my weight which is why I’m not giving this 5 stars, but I’m sleeping pretty solidly and having really strange and vivid dreams. I’ve been stressed lately and having this recurring dream that I’m stuck in a ridiculous amount of traffic, so if that continues I may have to stop for a bit until I’m less stressed and will likely have more pleasant dreams. Can’t really fault the melatonin for that, but it’s worth keeping in mind.

Not great. 2 stars ONLY for sleep aid
These do not work at all as a weight loss aid themselves. I was looking for an alternative for my usual Lean PM that was more cost effective. These were not it for me. I feel like they suppress appetite kind of, but as for night time fat burning and waking up energized? Nope! If you just need the pills for curbing early morning cravings, these will work. If you are wanting something like Lean PM? Just buy the actual name brand stuff. These are basically melatonin with just the slightest bit of added other benefits. I am throwing the remainder of these away.
