Opposite Effects
I tried to use this supplement for 3 months. It was easy to swallow & I had no stomach issues, but that’s all I’ll give it. I had less focus, more of an appetite & zero energy. It had the opposite effect in me personally. I stopped using it & found focus again, I have more energy now & I’m back to eating normal without feeling the need to eat all the time. Take from that whay you will.
