Using this while working out daily and having the right nutrition really helps with weight loss because it helps break down any foods that our bodies aren’t able to break down fast enough. Obviously from the probiotics in these. This works perfectly. I’m a sensitive being and is lactose intolerant..sensitive being my skin, stomach and head, my body doesn’t really like certain things that I’ve tried. With these, I haven’t had any pain, discomfort, cramping or gas at all. It does help you poop from the probiotics. It makes you feel empty like a good empty. I ordered my 2nd bottle because this works well with my body. It’s always good to give things a try and see how it goes for a week and honestly I saw/ felt results after 4 days! Great product and is vegan. Love it!

Still not sure
I have IBS C and suffer with cramps after eating. I started taking these 3 weeks ago. Some changes. As far as the constipation it’s still bad. Not sure if I should order more. My stomach still feels full, heavy, and gasie. I would like to know how long will it be for overall feeling better? Some products take 12 weeks or more. I would love to know.
