If you are on hormone replacement therapy (male) this is doctor recommended specifically.
Recommended both by me and my doctor. Not only this formation, but this particular brand and formation. I am a male and am on hormone therapy (Low-T). For men who are unfortunately like we, we have our blood tested, a lot. Some are blessed to receive their Testosterone via creams, gels or patches and that is all they need. For people like me, we have significant issues addressed only through weekly injections and we also need to maintain a healthy estrogen level which can easily get out of control as testosterone rises to “normal” levels.I have been receiving a prescription anti-estrogen (Tamoxifen) for a couple of years. It has worked remarkably well and I have had no real issues with estrogen levels moving too much (or testosterone). However, recently my numbers started fluctuating considerably and the estrogens spiked. In addition to a slight increase in Tamoxifen my doctor specifically recommended Jarrow DIM+CDG. DIM is not particularly easy to find locally and no local stores carry any brands with the CDG added. My doctor advised this will help to add stability to the fluctuating levels. Additionally, just plain DIM locally generally runs about 50% more expensive than this brand with the CDG on Amazon.Again my levels have fluctuated very little until recently, but now with the addition of this product once daily with a meal my levels (both Estrogen and Testosterone) are stabilized and within normal limits. This is within about 21 days of beginning use. So either the results are really extraordinary or they are purely coincidental in all honesty, but I do feel far better using this product and now will have this delivered monthly as I am sold on it.If you are on Testosterone therapy or any other hormone replacement therapy while I received great results and this was recommended for my by my doctor, I would suggest talking to your doctor before adding it. It will have an affect (likely lower your estrogen) on your blood tests and your doctor should be informed before your do begin using.

Some great benefits to these pills
These pills work so well I set up a monthly Amazon subscription. Let me start by saying it’s hard to judge the effect of pills, especially certain claims companies make that happen on a cellular level. I can only tell you why I like these pills and how they are helping me.Sorry to be graphic but in the interest of giving you full disclosure, these pills make my time of the month better. Meaning I did not have any cramps, I didn’t have any migraines, I did not retain a lot of water, I did not crave a lot of food or chocolate. Usually, I can tell a day or so before my time of the month by how I’m feeling poorly, and of course I know my schedule, but this time it took me unawares. Luckily, I always carry spare tampons in my purse. So definitely, these pills are worth it for reducing horrible time of the month symptomsThe other benefit I receive is for something these pills make no claim about, but seem to be helping me with – regulating my sleeping schedule. It’s usually difficult for me to fall asleep and at a regular time. However, since taking these pills I go to sleep and wake up about the same time every day. I’m also getting more sleep. There is nothing else I’m doing different than taking these pills. I can only speculate that regulating my estrogen or taking the folic acid/other vitamins/minerals contained in these pills are somehow positively affecting whatever it is that was keeping me up at night. Go figure!I totally recommend these pills to anyone experiencing those types of problems. These pills should help.

Great!!!
I started pelleting with biote testosterone to slow down aging, improve my overall health and youth (age 48, gasp!) lower my weight and improve muscle tone, skin elasticity, heart health, sex, etc… but you HAVE to take dim to prevent the testosterone from converting to estrogen. It’s especially important for men but also important for women… I take birth control which also binds the testosterone so I want to make my pellet last as long as possible… usually already only about 12 weeks.Well the biote brand has a tendency to be harsh on the digestive tract for many and I experienced this the first time I pelleted so I decided to try a different brand. I went without for a couple weeks when I was trying to choose a brand so when I started taking this one I had the usual headache beginning on about day 2-3… I’m told that it’s a sign that the dim is doing what it’s supposed to do and shifting the hormone levels. Just when I thought I couldn’t take the headache anymore after about 3 days it stopped… I never had any digestive issues with this brand so there must be some filler issue with the biote ones because I know 2 other people personally who also can’t take them.I get a headache when first starting dim no matter what brand I use… if you get that headache just push through it. It is A sign that the hormones needed to be shifted and are shifting. Take some Advil and it will pass after a couple of days.

Great for sleep!
I originally purchased an alternate brand of this supplement at a med spa, but it was much more expensive. I’m so happy I looked for a different brand because this one works really well and is a fraction of the price! And the other brand says to take two a day and this one you only need one. I take these in the morning and it helps with my sleep! It also helps some people lose weight, but I’m unfortunately not one of the lucky ones who see those affects. But the sleep help is worth it’s weight in gold!

I usually have PMS SO Soo SOoooo bad before I start my period. I started taking this. Then all of the sudden with NO noticeable symptoms my period came. I usually know at least a week or 2 ahead of time because of my symptoms. But not this month! I was caught way off guard. I’ll be curious if it helps my endometriosis. I have some months it’s not noticeable (like this month) but others very debilitating. Will update in a couple months again. If this is what has helped it all, I will be beyond ecstatic.I usually call my mom every month crying and didn’t this month either.Wonderful so far.
