For the skeptical customer Buy them! I needed a little push on appetite control and energy. I can tell the difference on the days I don’t take them. I have lost about 5 pounds recovering from a recent surgery. They don’t make you jittery or upset the tummy. I am on my second bottle before I reviewed them. They seem to be effective and do just what they say in the ad.

I used it for a couple weeks and then absent-mindedly forgot to take it I can’t give a fair review without taking it as the bottle directed for the same amount of time that the bottle has directed they do taste good I did not experience any extra energy they were soft and easy to chew and smelled good which made them easy to take they look nice they were good quality and will buy more and follow through with instructions and update my review about energy, value for money I could not give a accurate review of the performance or energy received from using this product will update review later
