Highly Recommended
I have been on every weight loss energy gummy I could think of. These worked within a month and I lost 5 lbs. It may not seem like alot but I have ALOT of health factors that has made my weight loss completely hault. These taste awesome, don’t upset my stomach and give me energy.

No results achieved, waste of money.
I never lost weight! I began the gummies late May and ended on September 30. I read it takes about six weeks before weight loss would be reflected on the scale. After about 17 weeks I actually gained weight, up one size!!!, even though my cardio tripled 6 weeks over the summer. I usually consume 1200-1400 calories a day however I never felt a decreased appetite. During September I experienced extreme bloating which made me look 6-7 months pregnant. Overall I am not satisfied with this product based upon its alleged Keto weight loss properties nor would I recommend it as a weight loss aid.

I waited to take this ACV for a couple of weeks before writing a review. So,I take 2 of this in the morning and I don’t feel hungry all day. I haven’t really lost weight but I typically don’t lose weight easily either. This ACV is effective in curbing my appetite and when I take it, I have no craving for sweets. Actually, anything sweet or salty tastes way too sweet or way too salty in my mouth. The gummies themselves taste good. It’s recommended to take 2 before each meal but the most I have taken in 1 day is 4. I like that it is in gummies form,makes it very easy to consume. This is a good version for anyone who doesn’t like the taste of the liquid AVC. The quality is good but because of the heat tho,the gummies tend to stick together but it’s easy to separate them with a fork or spoon (or your fingers if you have long ones). I definitely will be buying this again, the price is okay.

Avoid with b12
Not advisable for people who have an ulcers or acid reflux because of the apple cider vinegar, and once you take this make it sure to drink a plenty of water so you won’t feel the burn in your stomach, also after i experience the appetite suppress the b12 gave me hunger instead of controlling my appetite so its a waste of money for this kind of keto gummies. Cos you suppose not feel hungry and to get loose a weight and not to get hungry, so that is my only cons about this.
