Works but… a caveat…
So I purchased this stuff after reading all the clinicals, etc. So, there really is science behind the product at the amounts used in the clinical trials. I can’t really tell just how well it worked on it’s own because I was trying to behave on my eating and exercise also but… I was losing weight (and inches) quicker than I normally do under the same circumstances without the meratrim. That being said, I had purchased another bottle because I was just about to exhaust my 1 month supply (2 per day) when, with 4 days left, all of a sudden after taking it, I ended up with severe stomach pain along with a nauseous feel. If you knew me, you would know that is very rare for me. It’s been decades since I’ve had anything (including flu or cold) and I have a pretty high tolerance for any meds. This took me to my knees fast. It passed a few hrs later, completely gone. I tossed the new bottle. I did some searching and found a few people that had the same reaction that I did even tho you won’t find that in any of the ‘official’ info. The funny part is, it worked well…until it didn’t. And no.. there was nothing else responsible for that reaction. It immediately went away when I stopped. So, even tho most probably won’t have that reaction, be aware that it could happen.

It does work for me. Be aware that you might do #2 more often and it might be lose. This is my experience with it.I used it regularly for about 3 weeks then I stopped because I was experiencing cramping like I had taken too much laxative. It’s been a month and it’s still working. Now, I take about once per week, just one pill.I’ve gone from a tight size 10 back to a size 10. I refused to buy a larger size. 🤭

I think it’s working
I am almost done with my first bottle. I have not taken this as religiously as recommended yet it is helping. I’ve been on a 1500 calories per day diet and lose a pound, gain a pound. But now I have doubled the weight loss in just a few weeks, from 2-3 pounds to 5-6 pounds. I won’t say it decreases my appetite but I find I am thinking about food less (vs. all day long!) No stomach upset though I typically have a stomach of steel. About to purchase another bottle!
