The Studies Presents Impressive Results
Okay, disclosure: I just received my first order of two bottles yesterday. So, I have no results to report from personal experience yet. What I have done is read the boring, but informative studies that NATROL has links on its site for you to click and read the study results in PDF format. These studies indicate, not only does the main ingredient, “Bombyx mori”, which is referred to in the study as, “B7”, help aid memory and recall. It does it much more effectively at double the dose, 400 mgs daily.I have a critical issue. I am in my late sixties and was medically diagnosed with Adult ADD in my early fifties, which among other things wreaks havoc with one’s short-term memory, regardless of one’s age. It’s just worse when you reach mature age. I am attempting to reinvent myself for a new, lucrative industry; one of the thirty-one cybersecurity roles, and the amount of information to learn to pass the various course and certification exams is vast. The same with my studies to become a Certified Prompt Engineer. Let alone recalling what to do on the job, that I will get vetted for by hiring managers on interviews. The certifications will get me interviews. Proving I know what to do hands on will get me the job. So, I am doubling up on the dosage to 400 mgs daily, in hopes of receiving the memory benefits, indicated by the 2004 study conducted in South Korea. All of the four clinical studies were conducted in South Korea, actually. I guess I will know in about a month to six weeks if this works as well as the studies indicates it does.TIP: You can get this for less on another e-commerce platform. worth a shot
Just got my bottle today and will start tomorrow. I did some AI research on the ingredients, and it sounds promising. The only thing is the double-blind tests were done with doses of 400 and 600 MG. this product’s active ingredient has only 100 MG per dose. I may be that the formulation can make a difference. Anyway, I’ll come back in a month to let you know how I did. But, the clinical testing looks promising.

Excruciating headaches….
Hoping to supplement my ever aging and fleeting memory, after much research I decided to give these a try. I took them for 3 weeks exactly! During the course of those three weeks, looking back, starting on about day two I began experiencing extremely painful headaches, thudding in my ears and like a pressure inside my head as if my head were inside of a barrel…. Never having had issues with blood pressure I started to get scared! I thought maybe I was having tension headaches or migraine headaches so I started buying over the counter pain medicine for the above and the headaches were only getting worse! The pain wasn’t centered in just one spot it was my entire head; the back of my skull, the forehead, the temples, near the ears, around the eyes, everywhere! Plus, the thudding in the ears and when I would turn my head sideways in any direction there would be a whoosh of air! I even considered I had an inner ear infection…. 2 days before the 3-week mark as I was filling my vitamin container for the week I finally made the connection! It occurred to me that I had been suffering these headaches 24 hours a day this entire time since I started taking these pills. I immediately stopped them and in less than two days up to this point I have not had one single headache – no thudding in the ears, no whoosh if air when I turn my head, no pounding when I bend my head down to pick something off the floor or lift something slightly heavy, no nausea! It was these pills NO doubt! Hopefully they work for others, they obviously didn’t work for me. I’m not trying to dissuade anyone if course, this was just my experience. But honestly, I would much rather continue writing everything down in my to-do list than to EVER feel even half the pain of those headaches and I’m pretty tolerant to pain, that’s how bad they were…. The experience was quite unnerving!
