I rather have this than other sleeping pills they are natural and will go with most meds. In the morning I do wake up a little hazy, but it wears off. And I start my day rested. Good product.

The bottle has a label stuck on the top of the other ones saying that those are Time Release Tablets. I ordered this item precisely because if did not say that!
