Getting in shape for 2026 and weightloss is top of my list. I’ve been using this supplement since mid October and I’ve had amazing progress so far. First of all, the capsules are easy to take, very gentle on the stomach and digests well. Secondly, my cravings have significantly decreased especially at late nights (I snack a lot), I feel fuller much longer and there is no jittery feeling in between meals. Didn’t Suppress Appetite as the name says.
LESS than one star – NO stars (but that is not offered) – DID NOT suppress appetite. BUT DID KEEP ME UP ALL NIGHT even though I took it really early in the morning. IT WAS AWFUL FOR ME. Wish I could have returned it ARRRRRRRGGGGGGG!
