So helpful for my IBS
I take this before every meal to acidify my stomach. I started to test the theory of my stomach not producing enough acid by drinking the regular ACV with the mother. But after a few meals of seeing significant help with my IBS-C with ACV, I just switched right to pills instead because of the volume I knew I’d need. I take these, up to 6 per meal right now, about 10-20 minutes before every meal, and due to the rest of my digestive issues I follow my meal with Dr Berg’s Gallbladder support pill, and I’ve had such HUGE changes in my digestion that I’m so incredibly grateful for the blessing of these supplements. I only wish I knew 20 years ago when I was diagnosed, what I’m learning now. Crazy simple that I could’ve had so many problems thanks to too LITTLE acid in my stomach.

Awesome product!
LOVE these. I have wanted to take apple cider vinegar for a long time, but due to stomach issue, I could handle the liquid form. These work well because they do not bother my stomach or esophagus. I feel much better when I take these and they do seem to help with my heartburn. I will definitely be buying these over and over.

Excellent Supplement For Hypertension..
Although there are many benefits to apple cider vinegar, I started taking it over a year ago as part of a natural approach to controlling my high blood pressure. You can look online and see test results and lots of evidence and success stories linking apple cider vinegar to helping control high BP. Unless you have just slightly elevated BP, apple vinegar isn’t really enough on its own to tackle a real case of hypertension. However as part of a plan, it not only helps reduce and stabilize blood pressure, but you also get all the other benefits of it as well. Personally I have found taking a capsule supplement of this stuff is much easier to remember and get down your throat than the liquid form. And this Natural Factors brand is one of the strongest and freshest I have tried. The price is good, the delivery fast, and its always available right here on Amazon. Highly recommended for your own natural blood pressure regimen, and for all the other benefits of apple cider vinegar as well…: )

Enjoyed these, but will be going back to Braggs
I liked it, but I found it wasn’t as effective as taking ACV with the mother (Braggs, obviously) with some water. It is FAR more pleasant to take however, so I found myself taking it more often. I definitely noticed a decrease in cravings for salty/savory foods. I found that it helped with my overall acid reflux, day to day. It did NOT help to prevent or treat my reflux or heartburn caused by eating a single fatty or acidic meal. The pills themselves are average sized (size 0 I think) and easy to awallow. They do have a vinegar smell to them, which overtook the cabinet I had the bottle placed in, but I actually enjoyed the smell and taste. I love salt & vinegar chips!

Don’t forget your pets!
I live down in infamous southeast Georgia, where the fleas are the size of ponies. This year was, without a doubt, the most troubling, and I was running out of options. I cannot describe the immense relief when I began giving (2) capsules every twelve hours to my American Eskimo (rescued dog — 11 years old); and one capsule each day to each of my cats, which I may increase to one cap each twelve hours, after I finish bandaging my hands anew. (Pills and cats — NOT the best mixture!) I “have my pets back”, is the only way I can describe my euphoria! The dog is napping often and deeply, playing again with gusto, and the cats are doing much the same. This has been a godsend, and I highly recommend! I plan on keeping up this regimen for as many months as needed — all natural and phenomenal! Google more info on how good this is for all kinds of ailments — I did, and am “sold”. I had always taken Bragg’s Organic myself, but had (stupidly) never thought of trying the pill form on the pets — always assumed (rightly, I’d say) that they would absolutely not tolerated drinking it — after all, I have a few IQ points on them (perhaps?) and I had to choke the stuff down! I like this brand — it seems to be the real deal, and I hope it works for your pets as well as it did for mine…

I can say I think it’s easy to swallow
I waited to review after 30 days of using it. While I do think my digestion has improved, I don’t see a huge difference in my BP and weight to buy it again. I have bought another brand with 600 mg at 200 capsules and will note the results after I use the other “brand”. However, I can say I think it’s easy to swallow, has the apple cider vinegar smell which tells me it’s pretty true to the real thing.

Pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchase.
Bought multiple bottles. Using these to reduce weight and help heal my over sugar addition system. Ever since I started to take these I noticed a decrease in hunger for sugar which I was not expecting but it definitely helps with the whole process. My eczema skin condition is doing much better also. I did lose about ten pounds when o was taking them regularly for approximately a week and a half and it has been a few weeks since and so far it has stayed off. I cut back my amount and did not hardly take them recently due to me getting sick and I just wanted to make sure I was well hydrated, these are a bit drying to the system so I didn’t want them to interfere with my progress to get over my sinus/ virus condition. Just started taking them again now that I am feeling a bit better but I am only taking half the suggested serving until I am 100% well. Thank you for such a great product. I could not stomach to take the liquid, just makes me gag. This pill form is perfect.

حلو مره اول ماتصحين من النوم حبه او حبتين لاحظت اول اسبوع يسبب لي جوع وشهيتى مفتوحه بس امسك نفسي. مابي وزنى يزيد بس ترا اخر اليوم يسبب مغص فصرت يوم اخذه ويوم لا لانه ينظف البطن وحبيته انه حل لي مشكله الامساك بس للحين ماتغير شي بالوزن ثابت واخاف ازود الجرعه وانا ماتحمل المغص 🥹
