Weight Management Gummy
These Nature’s Way Weight Manager Gummy seems to be high quality. I don’t know about overall effectiveness, because I’ve gained weight from sugary holiday cookies and cakes. I haven’t noticed any significant reduction in cravings or abdominal fat loss, but I’ve also been less than restrained with my eating habits.

Great tasting gummies with promising ingredients
I heard about the benefits of Morosil so when I saw these gummies I wanted to try them. Morosil has been clinically studied to reduce belly fat which has always been difficult for me to lose. I used this product for 1 month and the studies were based on 4-8 months. I was dieting and I did notice a small decrease in belly fat when I added the gummies. I plan on continuing with this product to really give it time and I will update when I have given a longer trial. I did not notice a decrease in cravings. The gummies tasted really good and had a soft texture. The other ingredients add other benefits especially the Chromax which helps to maintain even blood sugar levels. I didn’t have any GI issues with the supplement. Nature’s Way is a good supplement company, and I have used their Alive multivitamins for years as they have excellent ingredients.

The Nature’s Way Weight Management gummies come in a bottle of 60 gummies. You are supposed to eat two a day, so this is a thirty-day supply. The gummies are listed as strawberry flavored and the first two ingredients are glucose syrup and sucrose, so it’s basically sugar and a serving is 20 calories.

A helpful addition if you’re watching your diet, tastes good and easy to stick with
I’ve been using these gummies for a few weeks now, and so far the experience has been positive. I wanted something simple to help me manage those random cravings I get in the afternoon, and these seemed like a good option because they’re easy to take and don’t have that artificial taste some supplements have.

Taste good, but don’t work.
Tried them for a week and feel no different with my cravings. I had three cookies yesterday and actually craved them, not that I just picked them to have something to eat. The taste is fine, hence the 2 stars, but if anything these are placebo and in no way worth the cost.

Puts pep in your step, but didn’t satiate the sensation of hunger (at least for me).
So few supplements actually taste like their advertised flavour, but these actually hit their mark. They taste like strawberries, though more like a strawberry candy than the actual fruit, which is perfectly fine for something you aren’t eating for pleasure but for its effect. With that in mind, I can’t say for certain how much this actually helped curb my appetite. I was taking these shortly after having bariatric surgery once discovering I did not have a “full response”, which is something your body does to tell you you’re full. This manifests differently for everyone, but some people just don’t get one, and simply never feel full. I was looking for something to maybe help induce that sensation, and based on the month when I was taking this supplement, I did not notice any changes in that area. However, I do appreciate the added B vitamins, which did definitely help with energy production, keeping me more on my feet than normal.

I’m actually on a lean bulk right now, so weight loss isn’t really my goal. For me, it’s more about managing cravings and not blowing past my calorie target for the day. When I feel like I’m getting close to my limit and don’t want to cheat, I’ll pop one of these gummies. I honestly don’t know if it’s science or just psychology doing its thing, but it works for me and helps me get through the night until I’m “allowed” to eat again. The strawberry flavor is really good too, which makes it feel more like a treat than a supplement. For craving control alone, these have earned a permanent spot in my routine.
