Life Saver!!! Got my metabolism working again
I suffer from severe bloating and food allergies that had all but stopped my metabolism dead (I am 34 yrs old). After a week and a half on Now brand Keto-7, I have de-bloated or deflated! I am going to the bathroom twice or three times as much, and feel younger and more energetic. I even feel a better mood and less cranky. I feel so much better, it’s as if a fog was lifted from my life. So far, I have gone down one dress size and my boyfriend is in SHOCK at how different I look. Not much weight loss so far, it’s more about significant inches lost so far, but I will update this one month from now to see how it’s going. I am so in love with this stuff! I also feel no depression, whereas before I was feeling crippling depression. I haven’t felt like this in ten years. I just gotta be grateful to my neighborhood health store worker who told me that Dr. Oz had recommended this. I was so skeptical, so I researched it for a week and decided that out of all of the things Dr. Oz had recommended, this would be the best because it’s stuff your body would naturally make. And it sure is working for me! I am now very interested in Relora and just ordered it too to combine the effects.

17-keto-DHEA is NOT “DHEA”, these are different molecules
In reading other comments, I see there is some confusion here. “DHEA” is a hormone that converts to testosterone, estrone, and other hormones. Also, DHEA >>irreversibly<< converts to 17-keto-DHEA, a different molecule. "17-keto-DHEA" is hormonally inactive, it does not convert to testosterone, etc., nor does it revert to DHEA. Some reviewers stated they were using 17-keto to increase their DHEA or testosterone levels - which actually is impossible using the 17-keto molecule. One of the advantages of this product, in some situations, is that it does not interact or affect the balance of most other hormones.

My doctor recommended these to me when I hit a plateau. They seemed to help me over the hump! Zero side effects. Definitely recommend taking in the morning though, the few times I took it at night I had a hard time sleeping.

It’s simple, it works
I’ve been using NOW products for maybe eight to ten years. The 7-keto supplement product I used maybe 2 years and I noticed when I stopped using it, my weight loss stops every time I start back. I lose at least 2 to 4 pounds every 10 days while I’m working out. So it works, so if it can works for me, it can work for you.

Never really believed that it would work
I had pretty much given up on weight-loss/metabolism-enhancement supplements. They were all either fake or packed with enough stimulants to make my eyeballs bulge out. I ran across an ad for 7-keto in a local organic food store, and after some research, decided to give them a try … and amazingly enough, they work! At the beginning of March, I stopped “junking out”, made an effort to be more active, and started taking 100mg twice a day. Since then, I have lost ten pounds (possibly eleven, my next weigh-in is tomorrow evening). I have slipped and eaten pizza several times, and snacked some, but have lost at least a pound per week, every week. I have noticed not a single effect of this supplement, other than weight loss – I literally cannot tell that I’m taking it, except when I get on the scale. I know that supplements work differently for different people, so these might not have the same effect for you, but if you’re serious about trying to lose weight, and are willing to adjust your habits, I recommend these!

Hi everyone, let me get to the point. I bought this product because I have been working out for almost 2 years and my results have stayed stagnant in the past 6 months. When I bought this product, I didn’t know much about the cycle of how testosterone is produced in our bodies. So I started to take it, I took the whole 100mg, but it was too much for my body and it get me nasty headaches. So I experimented with breaking the dose down to 25mg, but I still had headaches. So I broke down it to 10 mg and I started to get results and no headaches. So why am I giving this product 1 star? The reason is that this product should be sold with more information about the testosterone cycle (TC) works. As many of you know, TC starts in the hypothalamus, then pituitary gland, down to your testicles, and back to your hypothalamus where a negative feed back loop tells the hypothalamus to stop sending signals to the rest of the components and stop T production. So the problem with 7 Keto is that is an exogenous substance that you’re introducing to your body, therefore, natural T will stop. I didn’t know this before I started taking this product. And since TC is a complicated process, and companies selling this product are making money, then they should have the decency to warn buyers about the natural TC being disrupted. Since this product introduces external T, it will also create a excess of estrogen since T can be converted back to estrogen. Please look up at the TC so you can better understand this review. Because my natural T was disrupted my testicles started to shrink, and couldn’t lose fat. I took this product for 3 months and stopped completely. What I’ve learned is not to take a product without really doing research. I hope this helps guys and good luck!
