More energy, less hunger
I originally found a smaller package of this at a travel stop on a road trip and needed some energy so I tried it. It worked so well I bought a whole bottle from Amazon later on. It’s great at giving energy. For me it comes with some shakiness and cold fingers, but I also don’t take it with food and probably should. The jitters are worth it when you have a lot to do and not enough time to do it in. One pill is enough to get me through the day. I haven’t had any weight loss, but it does curb hunger. To clarify I wasn’t taking it for weight loss, and I’m also on a prescription med that causes weight gain so they could’ve just been negating each other. So I can’t attest to weight loss, other than it does help with hunger. I’m no longer taking this because, let’s be real, it’s probably not good for you. I’m not sensitive to the caffeine, but the taurine makes me nervous because I think more research needs done on its helpful/harmful properties. That being said, I would be willing to take this occasionally if I desperately needed some energy to get through my tasks. Anyone sensitive to caffeine should probably skip taking this one.
