I was working out with a virtual trainer who recommended this supplement. I purchassd based on her recommendation, but I did not take them (I am not keen on taking pills). An extended period of time had passed since I made the purchase. One day I was researching supplements for weight loss and CLA came up. I realized, I had the supplement in my possession but was not using it. I started taking it once a day in the morning with water and no food. I have noticed a significant decrease in my appetite. I am also unable to eat large portions. This is a win for me as I am an overeater (I have the clean plate syndrome). I do not beliebe in wasting food. It did take a few weeks of taking it almost daily for me to notice the effects, but it’s definitely working.

Product came quickly and arrived sealed and in great condition. Gel capsules are large but I haven’t had any issues taking them. I have only been taking this for almost a week but can already seeing a difference. I am 1 lbs down from my lowest fluctuating weight. My weight usually fluctuates 3to 4lbs. I weigh myself daily so I know my weight fluctuations! I have been in a weight plateau for a while so even a small move down on the scale is huge! My energy level has been increasing. I’m looking forward to seeing how much this product helps with weight loss and energy over the next couple months. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to all the Google search studies I found on CLA and took a chance on the supplement.

Nervous/anxious feeling but will update on my results
I’ve been taking these for about a week. I am on the smaller side and only looking to lose an additional 10lbs. This product makes me feel nervous and anxious in my chest for some reason . A feeling like I’m about to perform in front of thousands of ppl lol . I keep trying to ignore the feeling . I can still sleep at night but a few times I’ve needed calm tablets . I was on an all natural supplement even with natural caffeine that I lost a whopping 30lbs from but currently out of stock . That gave me zero side effects and took it for 2 years . Curbed my appetite immensely but This doesn’t seem to help as much so far in a week of use but trying to let it really build in my system before I stop taking and give up . I will for sure update . This is a 100 percent honest review. I didn’t see people complain of this so wanted to make it known. Maybe it’s because Im already small and it’s just too much for me . Please know what doesn’t work for you may work for someone else and the other way around so don’t let this steer you the other way to not try it . Our bodies are all different and supplements work differently for everyone . Good luck

Excellent Product!!
Best in class! Love the results I am seeing with this quality CLA from purity Labs. Love that it is a family owned company, that they donate $10 for every bottle sold, that it’s easy to swallow. I take it with my coffee 1st thing in the morning most times without meals and it feels great because it suppresses my appetite. With that huge help I’m now more in control and crave less therefore I eat less carbs now and more protein and veggies and oatmeal instead of candy (that’s the controlled me:) and there’s mo fall off or crash effect, no side effects just increased benefits like muscle tone, you will see your form start to take shape, your arms, legs etc. It’s a fair and honest company that does not price gouge. I take 3 a day that’s the recommended max, I follow the rules. My skin and hair also look really good. I honestly look younger but I also increased my water intake with healthy teas. I highly recommend it! Just take it as part of your daily routine and trust the quality and freshness! FYI- Any time I feel I have celebrated too much and need to tighten up I search for a better appetite suppressant and always come back to this product! Not really helping my weight loss.
No bad to take but can’t really say it did anything for my weight. I drink almost a gallon of water a day and walk for 1 hour or 2 miles whatever comes first. I gave up all processed foods and only get sugar from raw fruit. I take 3 of these before my breakfast which is a bowl of oatmeal with some berries or at night with a green salad and hard boiled egg. So far I lost 1 pound in 3 weeks and it fluctuates from up 8 oz. To down 8 oz. I dont mind taking it but cant see any benefit. I am really sorry as I thought this would help me lose some weight for my son’s wedding in July. I am 71 years old and weigh 178 and want to get to 140. I started early March so I felt I had plenty of time to lose.

This is my second order and I’ve signed up for Subscribe and Save. Nice packaging and a quick ship. I appreciate this clean and quality product, as I am diabetic. I’ve tried other CLA products, but this one is superior in my view. I initially purchased it because of the high potency (to help stimulate my metabolism) and due to the generous pill count per bottle. I’m making it a part of my regimen because it works so well for me! I feel better, my energy levels are up-without stimulants, and it helps to flatten my stomach (really!). I’m so glad I found this product, and will remain a customer as long as it stays such a reasonably-priced, quality product and that’s proven highly effective. I strenuously recommend Purity Labs and will definitely consider trying other products in their line.
