Tastes great! It actually tastes just like my favorite drink Karma with prebiotic cultures. I love it. I prefer my water bottles to taste slightly watered down so I usually use half a pack per bottle. I do this with any drink packet mix for water bottles. It’s not too strong when you use it all. My daughter let me taste hers. Not tart or overpowering. I like the fact that it has caffeine in it to give me a boost. Dissolves easy. Great for hydration. I’m happy with these. Will be buying more. They definitely help me to drink more water. Alone water is too bland so I just don’t drink it as much as I would with something like these.

Make your diet easier!
As a long-time customer of Slim Fast [their chocolate shakes are dreamy!], I saw these and decided to try them. I got the blueberry lemonade. It tastes a little tart to me. I love blueberry lemonade, but these took some getting used to. The GOOD NEWS is that they really do curb my appetite as I am intermittently fasting. I don’t feel sluggish or bouncing off the walls, which is important! I have a creamy-chocolate, low-carb, Slim Fast shake in the morning, then the blueberry lemonade at lunch. I’ve already lost weight, and more will follow. Thanks, Slim Fast, for making dieting easy. Celebrate the good stuff!

Excellent for someone new to IF: A real time review : )
I write this review as I sit here drinking the Berry Lemonade flavor. I purchased a box of the Fruit Punch flavor from my local grocery store Monday night and started intermittent fasting on Tuesday. The main selling point for me was that the box indicated that these would not break the fast. I expected the first few days to be rough and I did not expect plain water to satisfy me. I am now on my third day and I love this. My eating zone is 1pm to 8pm. The slimfast hydration packets are honestly a help. The flavors don’t taste bad (I do like the berry lemonade better than the fruit punch) and I don’t find myself getting hungry. In fact, I have able to hold out a little longer everyday (drinking two packets in the a.m.). I also have more energy, and I am feeling so good that I am getting some exercise in multiple times a day.

Good for people with normal stomachs
The taste is great and if you don’t have stomach issues then I’m sure it works fine. I have ulcerative colitis and when I drink these it causes minor flares with my UC though so that’s a little disappointing

Staves off hunger
I didn’t know what to expect from these packets but: the flavor is good and fresh, and they keep me from going into starvation and snacking mode before lunch. For a supplement, this is a decent product. Haven’t noticed any weight loss but I am pleasantly surprised that it does what no other breakfast or snack or anything has achieved in the past and I feel like I can go longer between meals.

I ordered the 3 box package and half of them are not good to use. They have clumps and are hard. Tried to put in water and it didn’t taste right nor did it dissolve right.
