It’s working!
I’m 5’3, 176lbs, What I noticed immediately was the change in my appetite. I haven’t had to take it with every meal because I simply haven’t been very hungry. Another pro is that I feel so much lighter after eating, with absolutely no bloating. Like every other product out there, not everything is going to work for everyone, so it’s important to try it out for yourself. I honestly didn’t expect to like it this much. For me, my weight gain has been due to stress eating, so this really worked in my favor because it has significantly suppressed my appetite. After a little bit more consistency, I’ll follow up with another review!

This product ACTUALLY WORKS!!!
I just want to start out with saying that Unaltered is an awesome company with products that truly do work! I started taking this product and saw results after only 1 week! I have been taking ozempic for a little while and I was consistently losing about a pound a week. But! Then I introduced this new awesome product into my new weightloss routine / journey, and it became a game changer! I am only taking 2 of these pills a day instead of the recommended dose on the bottle and the results are still there! Within the first week of taking this: my gut health became better, my cravings and hungry dissipated, my natural energy levels seem to be a bit better, and I lost a total of 6 lbs!!! And it didn’t stop there… I’ve been taking this product for almost 3 weeks now and I’ve lost a total of 13.5 lbs! I’m telling you this stuff works! I’ve tried a couple of their other products before as well and all of them ACTUALLY WORKED for what they were designed to do. This is a huge thing because I’ve tried A LOT of products and half the stuff out there doesn’t hold up to expectations. This company seems to always come through and they have a lifelong customer here! I highly recommend this product if you need something to try and curve hunger, you’re trying to shed some extra weight, and / OR you’ve hit a plateau in your journey (with or without a glp-1 shot)… this is the product for you!

Stomach distress and disease flare ups. NOT for someone with health problems.
I normally don’t do reviews, positive or negative, but I really wanted to give my experience to warn others. At first I didn’t have any symptoms, but a month into taking it, I suddenly had the worst gas of my life. Like if I didn’t let it out, it felt so painful and it was frequent, like literally all day every day. Then, I couldn’t stop going to the bathroom. I wasn’t having “diarrhea” technically, but I couldn’t stop going. It got so bad that I couldn’t even pass gas without having to use the bathroom. No food poisoning and this is not normal for me. This is the only difference. So, when trying to figure out what’s wrong with me, I had an epiphany that it could be this. When I researched CLA which is the main ingredient it seems, I came across claims that it can cause exactly what I’m experiencing, but not only that… it can cause flareups of diseases. Like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, IBS, Heart Disease, Diabetes, etc. Well, I have H.S and I noticed I’ve had multiple flare ups since having started this. Normally I get 1 once in a blue moon, but I’ve had multiple at once suddenly. And I have PCOS and just started having periods again a year ago after not having them for a year. And for the first time in my life I was having regular periods too, however I haven’t had one since I’ve started taking this. And I’m 100% not pregnant. It just occurred to me that all of these things are happening after having started this. I’m sorry to the company that makes and/or sells this, I was really hoping this would help not only lose weight, but regulate my hormones and all it’s done is make everything worse. And on top of it, nothing different in the weight loss. Please if you have any health problems, do some research on CLA, I haven’t even began to check out the other ingredient to see what that can do, but with the CLA it seems the negatives outweigh the positives in my experience. I’m sorry if anyone was anticipating purchasing this with some hope like I did just to be crushed when seeing my review. And hey, maybe it works for some people. All of our bodies are different and some people don’t have to worry about it causing disease flare ups, but of you aren’t healthy, I highly suggest doing extensive research of the ingredients of supplements like I will be doing.

Read this!! Pls think about it before you buy!
Hey guys, I heard a lot of great reviews about this product.. It’s great for others and that’s really amazing. I envy that. As a weight loss diet starter with a daily exercise routine and portion control eating, this product did not work for me. I’ve been on it for roughly bout a month- I did not see any changes unfortunately. And I know changes don’t happen within a snap of the fingers. Just that it really did not suppress my appetite- more so, it just made me hungrier. I did not see my lbs dropping as well so it was very unfortunate. This product also did not help with my bowel movements at all. The only thing this product did great at was giving me quite a bit of good energy for my exercise sessions but that’s all it does. I understand everybody’s body is different and this product can really work well with others. It just did not do it for me. So really think about it before you buy it. It’s no harm to take risks and try it out if you want to know if it really work for you. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 btw I only took about 1-2 pills because I noticed the pill kept making me feel like I was starving. And yes I did eat take it with my meals. It still didn’t suppress anything unfortunately. :((

IT WORKS!
I have been using this just under three weeks. I only lost 3 pounds but I lost 3 inches off my waist and 4 off my hips. I have not worked out as much as I use to prior to using this product. I use to work out at least 5 days a week with two days attending a spin class for 45 minutes, one day step aerobics and the other two more of strength training. I’ve only been doing cardio. I tried following the recommended eating directions that was sent to me via text but I failed. I probably would have lost more weight but I am excited that the inches are off. I found that when I get full quicker when I take it with my meal and drink at least one bottle of water. These pills really work if you eat right and work out at least two to three times a week. I did allow myself to cheat a couple of times during this period.
