This is just your basic weighted vest. It fit me nicely and it wasn’t too heavy. I don’t use it all the time because it does make your walks more challenging. If you’re looking fora weighted vest this is a great basic one.

This vest is very comfortable even as a bigger person, I found that it for snuggly and didn’t irritate my shoulders as other ones have in the past. It’s also easy to get on and off and has a pouch that you can attach to the side or wrap around your arm.

I love this vest! The weight is equally distributed since it’s sand (or something similar) so I never experienced any back pain like I saw in other reviews. I wish there was a way to add additional weight to it. I got the 16lb ones and felt like I needed to add more after a couple of months.
