Pleasantly Surprised – Great Formula and Easy on My Stomach
I spent a lot of time comparing different berberine supplements before deciding on this one, and I’m really glad I chose it. I like that it includes not only berberine, but also cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and milk thistle all in one formula, so I don’t have to buy multiple supplements separately.

Results in 2-3 weeks
I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks now. The first week I didn’t loose any weight but I didn’t gain any. I noticed an instant difference in appetite control. I did notice I feel hot and sweat more when I workout. Other than that, I have not experienced side effects. I’m on week 3 and I dropped about 5 lbs. Which is super encouraging. So I will continue to track results and hopefully this product can help me get to healthier weight.

Losing weight, feeling better overall
I had really let myself and my health go since losing my husband. A doctor’s appointment in June gave me a wake up that I was letting grief ruin my health. So, I started taking this 1 month ago. I tried other types during this time as well but noticed the days I took this my appetite was lower and I felt better. So this is what I have taken for the majority of the month. Taking this, along with diet and lifestyle modifications, I am down 14 lbs from my doctor’s appetite on the 19th of June. In three months I will have follow up labs to see what effect it and lifestyle changes have on my A1C and lipid profile.

This product may be Helping in some way , but it definitely is not doing anything to remove fat tissues Regulate bowels or loss of weight! Without constant lab work The effects are not noticeable!

Great for PCOS, Blood Sugar Support & Overall Wellness!
I decided to give this berberine supplement a try because I have PCOS and insulin resistance, and I’ve been really happy with it. One of the things that caught my attention was that it isn’t just plain berberine—it also contains Ceylon cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and milk thistle, so it feels like you’re getting several beneficial ingredients in one capsule instead of having to buy multiple supplements.

Effective
I rarely do reviews, and if i do that means i like the product. First day i took this berberine I immediately felt the effects- it curbed my appetite. I took 1st capsule in the morning empty stomach, afterwhich I had coffee/breakfast. And then the 2nd capsule I took 30mins before my lunch, which at that time I already felt that I dont feel like eating. Usually i have 1cup of rice, chicken/beef and side veggies… I was only able to eat the meat and side veggies bec I feel too full to eat the rice.

After the first use, I’m gonna bet on this one
Made me dizzy the first night I took it but woke up feeling great the next morning every time I try a new supplement and it makes me dizzy when I take it the first time it is usually a good sign that is gonna work for what I’m taking it for
