I am 5’6″ 138lbs and this 8lb vest fits perfectly. I purchased this to upgrade my dog walks into exercise walks and it’s working. Amazing how quickly I have begun to feel stronger, and my posture & core have already improved. Great investment for an easy way to change walking into exercise.

Fantastic vest. Price is very fair compared to others. The only thing I would improve is making the weights removeable. Maybe ina future upgrade that can happen. I highly recommend this product. A++= Be aware the weights or sand bags are not removeable. Its a great weight!

This is simply a great and comfortable vest. I am a walker and wanted to increase the intensity of my walks. I weigh about 200 pounds and bought the 20 pound version of the vest. It is perfect for me weight wise; not too light, not too heavy.The straps are very well made and padded. I do not fell them over my shoulders; very comfortable!This vest has increased the intensity of my walks. Highly recommended!

I bought the 12lb vest and I really like it. It’s going to definately change the way I work out! It’s very reflective, has adjustable straps and stays in place nicely. I do a lot of squats so this vest will help add some extra, evenly distributed weight.

I’ve had it for about 2 months. Very comfortable. I really like it, its a nice addition to my elliptical. I bought it on a boxing day deal. My only complaint would be the elastic straps have worn unevenly. This could be due to user error. I may have put the vest on upside down the first time I worked out with it. Lol. Make sure you are securing the vest properly before you start.
