This tea does help you poop well, but depends on persons gut health and bowel movement. It is better to drink this before bed so it clears the bowels in the morning. It improves energy and very easy to make like a tea bag. Can try 👍🏻

Tea really works if taken consistently. I don’t add sugar to my teas so the taste was really good. Better than all the others in my opinion.

No flavor
If you expect a strong orange flavor or cranberry it isn’t in this tea.I will say the tea does help curb my appetite.
