So Much Fun! You won’t even believe you’re working out!
Made with quality material for lasting use. Weight glides smoothly around through the track. Very minimal noise that you really don’t even notice if you’re listening to music while you Hula Hoop. I expect this to last a long time. It’s also Very Fun!!!!!!! I ordered this size because I am a big gal, but I don’t even have to use all of the links that came with it. So that’s a win as I have spare links just in case!! It takes a bit to learn how to keep it going, but don’t give up!

Fun but not great exercise
I bought this product with the hope of using it daily, while watching tv or something. It fit well, (I’m a size 28-30 women’s and I had a few extra links.) It was fun to use, but difficult to keep it going without hopping from foot to foot(it needs a lot of momentum). Because of how I had to maneuver to keep the weight turning, a lot of strain was put on my hip joints, with minimal cardio. It feels more like a short game than a long exercise.
