I purchased the 10lbs one. It works great. The fabric is dense and durable. There are a few useful features. The weight is well distributed. When wearing it, I don’t feel I have to make effort to adjust my posture. It doesn’t give me fatigue as its weight evenly sits on my whole body. The chest strap is adjustable and keeps the vest secure on my body so that it doesn’t move around when I’m walking or running. The mesh pocket on the back is for keeping items like cellphone or wallet. It is tight so the items won’t come out accidentally. There are loops on the front for attaching smaller items such as keys, earbuds, etc. The vest is easy to put on and take off. It is just like wearing a cloth vest. I think some sand or pebbles are used as weight in the vest, but I don’t notice any unpleasant smell.
