I’ve ordered these for a few years now. The Dosage says to take one a day. I recommend when starting take 2 a day for about a week to help boost the benefits of it. I’ve seen a drastic skin improvement and hair improvement! There is no taste, no odor, it’s easy to take, easy to swallow as the pill isn’t very big at all. I’ve tried other brands, and they can’t compare to this brand! My nails grow a bit faster now, but I’ve never had strong nails so they are a bit stronger, but not perfect. Overall I’m extremely happy.

I’ve been taking this collagen for a while and I really like it! My skin feels smoother and my hair and nails look stronger. It’s easy to use and tastes fine, so I don’t mind taking it every day.

Better than expected
I actually bought this at the recommendation of my hair dresser for hair breakage. I haven’t noticed any real change in my head hair strength or hair growth. I do have to shave my legs more again now. On the other hand, my skin had spectacular changes within 2 weeks. This was the only thing I changed in my diet, etc during the time before, or after up until now. Within 2 less than weeks, my skin became softer and smoother. Even better, the weird leg and body rashes (dermatitis) that the dermatologist couldn’t figure out, not only magically disappeared, but also have not returned in over a year now. Again, there have been no other changes in detergents, food, medications, etc. This was a very happy side effect for me. I am only taking 1 a day.

All Ladies should Buy. A real honest review
SO I am a firm believer in getting my money’s worth. To all my Lady folk, this product is WORTH it… Rejuvenate Super Collagen has worked for me, from my nail growth to fulling out my hair and more elasticity in my skin. At my age (46) this product has helped.. With an additional joint care product, my joints are flexible and bending isn’t painful. Try this product…Dis I mention the capsule is easy to swallow????Worth the money. Trust me!!!

I’ve taken this product for a while I took it because cholesterol medicine made my nails brittle and this helped strengthen my nails and when I’m not taking it my nails get brittle again I don’t know about any of the other effects of my hair or facial being a man not noticing that but the fact that it helped my nails I know it’s working and this comes from someone in the healthcare industry for over 32 years in the medical field that this product actually works I was wondering about the quality of the product cuz I know other places sell over the counter collagen but I do know this is actually working so that’s why I wanted to do this review from a real customer in the real world thank you
