Excellent product!
This product is a life saver for me. My blood pressure is normal now and has been fairly high forever even on bp meds. I’m 2 weeks taking these and no longer have to take prescription bp meds per dr because of this and my anxiety is way better. I’m calm now on the inside and out. It’s really shocking for me to believe this.

It’s a product that’s very effective it has no side effects though tablets could have been a bit smaller smells a bit odd but it can be bypassed.

Drowsy Side Effect
I did not realize that drowsiness is a possible side effect since so many reviews say there are no side effects, but it is in fact written on the bottle. For me, this could be an effective nighttime tool for reducing anxiety. However, it makes me feel sedated to the point that I don’t see it as a viable option for reducing stress/anxiety during the day. I’m not sure if it makes me less stressed/anxious, or if it just makes me too tired to care. Will not continue using this.

Simple Solution to Anxiety
I’m a small person, so I take 1/2 of a pill in the morning. It feels like a buffer over my anxiety, enough that I stop myself and sit now instead of go into fight-or-flight mode.
