Okay so first off let me say that I’ve been using this product for about two years now, but for the past 11 months I’ve been taking it almost every day. I started out at 462 lbs, and after cutting sugar and carbs from my diet and tracking my calories I am now down to 360 lbs.

Works for me without any negative reactions so far.
I’m a pretty big dude on a weightloss journey. Starting in Janurary 2022 I severely cut alcohol, sugar, and highly processed carbs. This isn’t 100% abstinence, but probably at least 75%. I also began exercising regularly. I haven’t forced myself into a crazy diet for rapid weightloss, which always ends in failure for me and a return to garbage eating habits and slothfulness. I have been trying to move into more sustainable lifestyle changes. This with a few basic supplements (magnesium, zinc, chromium and cysteine) have led to 35lbs of weight loss in 11 months for me (300lbs on a 6’4″ frame down to 365lbs). I pretty much stalled in the 360-365lbs range. Part of the reason for this is probably a stretched stomach from over eating for much of my life. Despite cutting many bad items from my diet, I’d still over eat healthier food (fruits, nuts, protein, etc.). I decided to try this product along with a fiber supplement (glucomannan) to try and eat less volume and hopefully shrink my stomach volume.

I am a believer!
Holy cow does this stuff work! I was a little skeptical purchasing this product due to so many mixed reviews. Well it was on sale the other day, so I decided to pick up a bottle. I have been using it for just under a week now, and I feel great! I take one when I am getting ready for work on an empty stomach, and by the time I get to work I can feel the energy starting. Luckily I work for a company that takes health seriously, so I am usually able to get up and walk around to burn off some of the energy. I also found myself not really craving food till much later in the day. It doesn’t really give me jitters, unless I consume some other source of caffeine such as soda, chocolate, tea, etc. This inst some magic pill that is going to burn off fat without you being active, but it definitely helps melt it off when you are moving around though. My weight plateaued for about a month, and in less than a week of taking this and pushing myself a little more while working out, I have dropped an additional 4 lbs! I haven’t experienced the “crash” like others have reported, but I am very caffeine tolerant. I did get some niacin flush the first couple days, but nothing too crazy. Overall, I feel this product does exactly what it states and I would recommend it to anyone looking to add a little something to their workouts.

I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I notice some changes because that reaction is a bit intense if these don’t wow me BUT I always wonder if people read the packaging before putting something in their bodies and now I’m convinced they must not…

Good for others, not for me.
I read through as many reviews before purchasing this product and thought I’d take my chances. It definitely gave me a lot of energy but it was soooo much energy I could not focus on anything. It made working out really hard because it felt like my heart was working overtime with all of the caffeine; it made it difficult to breathe. Also, i ended up eating more while i was on this, even though I wasn’t working out much. I had lots of headaches throughout the day and it also made it very difficult to sleep at night no matter how early in the day I took it (normally 5am/5.30am). I guess im much more sensitive to caffeine than i thought?

HI all, this is my second day taking thir product. So far I have lots of energy, I did have a slight Niacin flush this AM, I freaked out but they I was ok after reading the label correctly (DERRRRRR) I work an office job and by the time I got home I had no energy left. I have a 19 month and a 3 yr old and all I wanted to do was sleep when I got home (maybe because I was depressed to from being so overweight) This product really gives you energy all day and it gives me some kind of push to want to work out. I started my Keto diet 2 days ago too so this is really a BOOST for me! You feel the burst of energy as soon as you take it. I do not feel sick at all or anything like that, I Do drink a lot of water now as I think this makes me really thirsty. I was a heavy soda drinker (like AM and PM, no water what so ever and always COKE) and I have not had a soday craving since I have been taking it. Again its only my second day! but I feel great and I know this will definetly help me in my journey to weightloss and it is also enabling me to make better choices, not only for me but for the sake of my kids 🙂 Hope this helps anyone out there trying to get started!

Niacin causes the burning feeling but is safe!
Fyi there is alot of Niacin in this product. Look up what Niacin does. The burning sensation people are feeling and seeing as a reaction is literally radiation from sun exposure coming out of your body. Its actually really good for you and it’s actually the only way to reverse sun burns and release the body from harmful radiation. Niacin is used in a lot of drug rehab and detox programs as it’s a very powerful and harmless way to remove harmful toxins. As painful and scary as this reaction can be you can think of it like throwing up something harmful, horrible coming up but such a relief once it’s out of your system. As your body detoxes you will stop having these reactions. So just know if you react it just means you needed it. Hope this helps!

This product will make your skin burn
I took this for 5 days and the reaction that it gave me body was horrendous by day 5. I consider myself a very active person and workout cardio and weights, at least 5 days a week. I took 1 capsule in the morning 45mins before I went to the gym with eating a bit to have something in my stomach. The first 2 days I took it, I had no issue. The 3rd and 4th day, I got itchy hives on both of my elbows and arms within 15mins of taking it, this lasted about 30mins. I wanted to wait a couple of days before taking it again to see if it had anything to do with my hydration or what I was eating… This morning I decided to try again, I took 1 capsule 45mins before I planned on working out, within 15mins my entire body was burning. It felt as if I had really bad sunburn all over my body, my skin was burning and the color of my skin became extremely red from head to toe. My body temperature turned to what felt like was 90 degrees. It even hurt to put on my leggings and tank since my skin was legit burning, anything that rubbed against my skin hurt me. My hands were also shaking and I could barely put up my hair while feeling very light headed. Whatever this fat burner is, is not safe. I highly recommend NOT trying to product. I never want my body to feel like that ever again and I will be returning this in the mail today.

I guess it does help but it affected me more than expected. Had headaches each time i used it. I only use it now when I am working out
